The purpose of the council is to support the quality of life for older adults by: Providing aggressive leadership to address issues and concerns of the older population in Hendricks County. Advising CICOA on the needs, issues, and possible courses of action to imporve the quality of life of seniors in our county. Serving as a chief advocate for older Hoosiers. Serving as a medium to provide information, education, and coordination of services and programs for older adults.
