The rewarding retreat was developed by women, for women, to create an overall wellness experience that is a balanced blend of relaxation, pampering, information sharing, healthy eating, entertainment and fun! Guests will enjoy: Lunch with live cooking demo Pampering spa services Massage and Quiet Relaxation Personal trainer consult and fitness advice Health and wellness screenings (blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, weight/BMI) Inspiring presentations Plus a special gift from Vera Bradley Two sessions will be offered: Early Risers Retreat from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Mid-Day Movers Retreat from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Cost is $39.
